Ok so we played the Electric Fix with Soft Cuddly Toys in Voodoo, thought they were really good, although they weren't too happy with their performance and were missing a member (A good sign I reckon seeing as they still sounded good) Leigh unfortunately didnt get to play his LPX closing set due to completely running out of time, pretty shit but sure it was nice meeting him, sound guy. Thought our set went well enough. We had to cut a song and played: Potholes Blank Canvas My Methamphetamine Shatterproof Lucky Landing Other excitement bandwise is the new flash site, full of hidden extras and the new live version of 'Lucky Landing' from Eamonn Dorans. Love all the extra stuff on it, Kev done a great job *pats him on the back No major happenings other than that, no gigs lined up until next month. Been listening to the new Elbow album a good bit, pretty class. Still waiting on my re-released first Explosions in the Sky album I ordered, looking forward to hearing that until then I have nothing else to say. Keith |

ok, so i was out a few saturdays ago and the contents of my bag were nicked
by some fuckin prick somewhere. either in voodoo at the psychofest gig, or
in the russell court hotel where i was for a while for ste's brothers
birthday.
have been tryin to get over it but still very pissed off, hence the rant. admittedly i was a bit(okay, very)drunk, just left the bag in piles of jackets not payin much attention to it, obviously forgetting what arseholes people can be. contents: discman 5 pairs of contact lenses metronome toothbrush deoderant drum sheet music pair of drumsticks batteries, and(whats annoying me most) 5 of my favourite fuckin cds, My Morning Jacket - Z (my top reccomended cd of the last few months, by the way, check it out) Art Blakely - Moanin Arcade Fire - Funeral Billy Cobham - Spectrum Gil Scott Heron - Ghetto Style. they took all this then left the bag and just the cd cases? whats the point in that?! i cant understand it, assholes. have to buy them all again now, great stuff. rant over, come out to our gig in voodoo on the 10th and sympathise with me, Mick |

A quick update for whoever reads this thing:
I should have a few updates for the website soon including a load of hidden crap in the flash site and a new live track (Lucky Landing) from Eamon Dorans that was recorded on 13th of May this year. I'm a lazy bastard and only got around to mixing it recently so there are a few more little things i have to do with it then it'll be ready for public consumption. Another addition on the way that's been keeping from me doing anything else is an animated video for Blank Canvas that i've been working on. It should be ready soon (soon meaning some time in the next 2 years!!) so keep an eye out for it. It'll look something like this:
